Everyone have fantasy and in most cases these involve daydreaming, self masturbation and having sexual encounter with a lover or stranger. The content of sexual fantasy are almost the same regardless of sexual orientation and these include making love with a partner, sex with strangers, groups sex, forcing someone to have sex, being forced to have sex, performing sex act that you would not do in real life, and sex with gay, lesbian and bisexual.

Regardless of gender most fantasy focuses on romance and making passionate love to attractive partner. Romantic fantasy may include making love to your real-life lover, someone you know, someone you just met, or a stranger. Sexual fantasy may involve different types of sexual activity and these include oral sex, sexual intercourse, anal sex, mutual masturbation, force sex, or performing sexual act that your partner does not approved. Some enjoy fantasizing having sex with stranger and find this process to be very exciting.

Group sex is also a common fantasy where a man fantasize having sex with two women or he may fantasize having sex with men and women. When a man’s fantasy involved another man, he would fantasize other men having sex with his women while he watches and this may cause him to feel jealous and insecure but at the same time he would feel arouse. Women may fantasize having group sex with two men or she may fantasize having sex with men and women.

Sexual fantasy that involved forcing someone to have sex is about dominating another person. Dominance fantasy allow people to achieve pleasure and arousal in a safe environment in their mind and this type of fantasy may include but not limited to raping, torturing, spanking, and whipping the victim.

Fantasy that involved being forced to have sex is about submitting to another person. Some people with submissive fantasy are successful in their profession and they fantasize about being submissive as a mean to escape temporary from reality where they are in control most of the time. Some people achieve pleasure and arousal from submissive fantasy where they fantasize being rape and torture but they feel safe because they are in control of the fantasy.

Fantasy that involved having sex with gay, lesbian and bisexual is not uncommon. Straight men may fantasize gay man or transsexual dominating him and forcing him to have sex. Straight men also tend to fantasize having sex with lesbian because most men are turn on with the fantasy of two women having sex. Women may also fantasize having sex with two gay men and watching them have sex, but this is less common.

Most people fantasize to enhance pleasure and arousal during masturbation and sexual interaction. Fantasizing also helps to overcome anxiety and allow people to relax during sexual interaction. Individual fantasy may involve a variety of sexual activity with anyone without actually engaging in any of these activities. Some may chose to act out the fantasy and may or may not be disappointed with the outcome and some may only chose to fantasize and find this process to be more exciting than acting it out.

The frequency of fantasy between men and women are the same during sexual interaction. Even though the content of sexual fantasy is almost the same regardless of sexual orientation, men fantasize differently than women in a small way.

During fantasy men tend to focus on woman’s body and what he is doing with it where as women tends to focus on men’s interest in their body. Men focus mainly on physical sexual act, naked bodies and physical gratification. Women focus mainly on emotion and romance that is involved in a sexual relationship. Men are more likely to fantasize about having group sex with multiple sexual partners and are also more likely to fantasize about dominating his partner where as women are more likely to fantasize about being submissive to her partner.

Most men have dominance fantasy that involved forcing someone into sex and some women also fantasize about dominating another person. Most women have submissive fantasy of being force into sex and some men also fantasize about being force into sex. Force sex fantasy is not the same as rape because people have control of their fantasy but they have no control when rape.

Research indicates that people who feel more guilt about sex do not enjoy the pleasure and arousal from fantasy where as those who feel less guilt about sex enjoy more pleasure and arousal from fantasy.

Fantasy also help sexual abuse victims to recover from their past experience by focusing on fantasy that involve a healthy loving relationships and self acceptance that would help them let go of negative beliefs associated with sexual interaction they experienced in the past and move forward into a more positive beliefs.

Sexual fantasy is a pleasure that anyone can enjoy and you should not be feeling guilty about your fantasy because thoughts and feelings are not the same as action. Everyone is in control of their fantasy where they feel safe and secure regardless of the content of the fantasy. As long as you are not acting out the fantasy and hurting others along the process there is no need for concern about fantasizing and anyone can chose to enjoy.
